Now I doubt 10 year olds are (5th graders) are throwing up “pieces”, but even if they are it says that they generally aren’t involved in any other crime. Isn’t that a good thing? Lets make graffiti even more illegal so they really start gang banging?

Don’t see The Brown Bunny unless you like being confused by long periods of silence. The Brown Bunny is the 2003 film written, produced, directed and starring by Vincent Gallo.
